Today Fri, Feb. 10th. I was parked in the lot shared by Chipolte and 5 Guys, when 2 uniformed Chipolte Grill Employees came outside and threw beans all over a blue truck and MY car! Apparently perceiving a business threat, the employees of Chipolte are waging war on the customers of 5 guys. {thats what they said...they knew the owner of the blue truck was inside 5 guys.} [and NO the blue truck was NOT in a space dedicated to Chipolte]
I am an accredited chef. I have managed restaurants. When Employee behavior slides this far, when supervision and maturity are lacking...THE FOOD IS NOT SAFE.
When Employees are enjoying a fued they are not concentrating on health and safety precautions. I would not eat at Chipolte Grill again....and YES..Beans DO fade the paint on your car...

Terrible customer service. The employees were too busy goofing around and throwing brooms behind the counter to do their jobs. We were rung up without even being asked if we'd like something to drink. There was food on almost every table and the floor was filthy. I'm certain a health inspector would have shut this place down if they walked in. I love Chipotle, but these employees are not doing a good job of representing the company. At all.

My family gets food to go from this Chipotle all the time. The food is great and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The place feels clean but the inside chairs aren't the most comfortable design. If I had to provide any criticism of the food I would say sometimes the steak is a little gristley but that's a minor thing... It's still good enough that I still always order it. I'm also impressed with the speed of their assembly line setup. Even if there's a long line I still get through it quickly. Parking can sometimes be an issue.

What a great place to relax and have a great meal. I was surprised to learn that they use locally grown, free range, food. Most of the healthy food these days is tasteless. Not the case here. The folks are friendly and are genuinely happy to serve you.

The food is definitely fresh, but it's not that good.
