Ken of Castle Computers is the only person I will let work on our families computers: (1) he is Microsoft "certified", not just a paper partner of M/S printed out on your local printers, but has the certification on his wall. We have been to the other competition here in Redding for many years and learned a valueable lesson. In the 7 years of doing business with Ken, we have received the most professional service on our PC's and laptops. He is a one person shop so you receive top quality workmanship. The customer needs to remember though he is there to make money, like any quality business and nothing in this life is free. So, for those of you what something for nothing, go to the other repair shops. It means that I will have my computer worked onnnn so much faster
