I just opened a checking and savings account at the Red Wing Branch and had the best experience ever! Veronica Mickelson was my personal banker! And she has to be the BEST one out there. Her service to customers is outstanding in my all my years of banking I have never experienced such good service above and beyond her job duties! Great Great Person and Worker!! I can't say enough good things about her. She made my experience one of the best.

I just would extend a big middle finger to Associated Bank for their beyond-terrible service. We left you because of your arbitrary (and hidden) fees. And now 2 MONTHS LATER (and a number of "are you certain everything is closed?" phone calls) we're still receiving fees. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone I liked. Seriously worst banking experience ever!
