Be careful doing business here as the staff buys stolen items AND lets people pawn things that are not their property. In November, I spoke with the owner who admitted he had purchased a phone stolen from my home but lied about the date. (Owner said he had bought it like 30 days ago and sold it for parts. I got an email from Apple the previous day saying someone was trying to access that phone.) So I was unable to get that phone back despite filing a police report. I then warned owner about doing business with the person that had stolen that phone. Owner said he wouldn't do business with them anymore. Then TODAY, I find out that same person took my phone to Doug's and just because he had ID, the owner let him pawn a phone that was not his to pawn. (Pawner is a family member which is how they keep getting access to my home.) I went to speak with the owner and he admitted that because the man had his ID he let him pawn the phone. I keep trying to tell owner IT IS NOT HIS PHONE TO PAWN. No help from owner. He just shrugs with a 'What are we gonna do with (insert pawner name)'. I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer just to hear what legal options may be. So again, be very careful doing business here.
