THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! At the end of the day, everything is based on management and their customer service. There were at least 40 people with our group staying in 4 different condos. The place was decent to stay in BUT don't EVER leave your condo or "someone" may steal not only your possessions but also your credit card numbers -- which is exactly what happened to me and my family. When we arrived back from dinner, my wallet was taken out of my purse which was hidden in my suitcase and was laying open sitting out on my bed. When we notified management, instead of telling us they would assist us in fixing the problem, the woman INSISTED that "her employees would never do such a thing" and we must be crazy to accuse her employees. At the end of our stay, I went down to turn our keys in and I personally let management know how rude and disrespectful they were and how horrible our stay was. Although I was calm and mature, the manager was yelling and acting crazy.
