When i called to make an appointment the women on the other end was very unpolite. she never even took my phone number or address. i did end up taking my cat there, because i herd he was good and fairly priced--THAT WAS A MISTAKE! He kept calling her a him. it cost me $85 for him to tell me there was nothing he could do. the office and exam rooms are not sanitary at all. the room were in was about 4x6. it was extremely dirty. I have changed to Dr. Knutson and he's great! his facility is very clean and staff are very nice and pricing is fair!
