Every item on the menu is made in-house under Chef /Owner Mike Muirhead, who is a recent semifinalist for “Best Chef Northwest Region” by the James Beard Foundation. Try their hand pressed corn tortilla tacos topped with hand marinated meats such as the pork “Al Pastor,” or the braised chicken “Pollo,” paired with fresh made salsas.
