I have not eaten at this Burger King in almost 8 months. I live right around the corner from it. I REFUSE to eat at this Burger King because of my last visit there. I had ordered through the drive-thur, they messed up my order like usual, so I called them on the phone about it. Asked to talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager, she informed me that if there was a problem with my order, that I could come back in and they would fix it. So I returned, and as I entered the Burger King I heard the manager and staff talking about me in an unprofessional manner. I should the manager the order and she proceeded to argue with me about the order, saying that one of the two burgers were right when they weren't. And that they weren't going to place the one. Instead of just letting it go and know that "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"!!! So then I had to return home with one burger nice and hot and ready to eat, while the other one was cold and a mess because the manager decided when she was looking at the burgers to stick her fingers all in them. On top of all of that, the NEW burger that was giving to me in a seperate bag, when I got home and opened it, there was a NASTY, LIVE, BABY COCKROACH CRAWLING UP THE BAG as soon as I opened it. So needless to say, I spent $12.00 on Two Burgers that my husband and I never got to eat. You could not pay me enough money to eat at this horrible place.
