The front staff is not too helpful. You have to call several times to get a document and they still do not mail it. I think they need training.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vaynkof. Though it was a little bit a long meeting (3 hours), it was very thorough and felt that he was genuinely interested in my issues and provided me a referral to a terrific podiatrist.
