With a combination of advanced real estate education and extensive practical experience, Alan Shuman earned his broker's license and became the Broker of Record, making Shuman Development Group an independent commercial real estate brokerage in 2001. As the only commercial real estate company founded, headquartered and primarily focused within the City of Reading, Shuman Development Group has a prevailing lead over other agencies in obtaining and supplying information regarding the availability and pricing of investment property within the City limits. By summer 2009, Shuman Development Group has redeveloped, sold or leased over 2, 000, 000 square feet of commercial property in downtown Reading.
