- Pinched NerveAfter numerous visits to a chiropractor for a pinched nerve in my neck without any results, I decided to take another route. I was referred to Hands-On Physical Therapy by my primary physician. I can say that each visit to Hands-On PT resulted in improvement to my strength and range of motion. The pain in my neck and shoulder also eased with each visit. After only 3 1/2 weeks of treatment my strength and full range of motion has returned and my pain has subsided to the point I no longer need the medications prescribed by my physician. I highly recommend Hands-On. Not only was the therapy I received highly effective, but the staff is friendly and professional.
