I love this salon! The quality is fabulous, and I get a spa-like experience without the spa-attitudes you get some places. This is ME time and I want to relax and feel great when I leave. Heather is so awesome I let her give me my first MAJOR hair cut (from really long hair for years to a short cut, which can be a little stressful) and I love the new cut so much! They aren't pushy about product either and I got my best makeup tips from her. This is the first time in my life I've actually started going regularly because it doesn't stress me out at all like some places and the cost is extremely reasonable, even with a really good tip. I'm so happy I found this place! They are the only distributor in PA for Sephira hair products (which are just as fabulous as the stylists are!). Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

As we are always thrilled to get a great review and have been around for 18years and take huge pride in our customer service... We do that! We do state walk-in welcome on a "available" basis...we do work by appt and have a very strong client base...we use a automated phone reception so we do not have to walk away from our current client...we are NOT a New York salon trying to pump people in and out or charge 100's off dollars however we give that quality of service & atmosphere so I am sorry if that is not working out but again you are more then welcome to make an appt to ensure you have our undivided attention and best services... I would say if we were just hanging out with no business all the time that would not be a good thing! Places like Costcutters, Super cuts , Ulta keep over staff and girls wanting to learn available all the time for these kinda of services or again you can take your time to drive 3 hours and try a walk-in in NY... Heather is amazing! Been going there for years and I am always pleased! Also very reasonably priced!

Even though the salon states the walk ins are welcome, they do not live up to it. I have tried to get some of the things done there on numerous occasions now and there always seemed to have a problem with rendering services.. They either do not pick up the phone for me to make an appointment or send you back when u do come in claiming they are booked up when the salon has one customer on three professionals. Me coming from NYC sort of lifestyle where no business wants to let you go unhappy out their doors this kind of treatment of customers seems like a horrible business policy. Will not step my foot in there ever again for anything. I would rather travel three hours to NYC for that matter because I know for sure no matter what and when I will always be taken care of there.

Great personalities, fabulous stylists and a bunch of services. I've gone there for 12 years, and they add new services. Just got my mani & pedi spa - and the price was right!
