First review ever. I have never had a worse experience. First time to the dentist in several years. Made an appointment. Paid cash. After about 20 minutes in the waiting room i get called. Sit in the chair and now wait an additional 20 minutes. 4 different people popped in, asked if I had any pain, and claimed someone would be in shortly. Eventually they did some Xray thing. Never was given any results or actual confirmation that they did anything. Then began the "cleaning". First the lady, Jabbed my mouth all over causing extreme pain. While doing so she mumbled something about flossing. Who knows. Then she said she would begin to polish the teeth. This process took all but 30 seconds. Afterwards she got up and said, "you can use mouthwash at the sink if you like"
So that was it. I'm laying in the chair thinking this was a joke. I spent 213$ cash for a good amount of waiting, some "Xray BS", Some jabbing and bleeding, And a 30 second polish job.
Next time ill go to real dentist and skip the "Fast food Version"

I had taken both of my grandchildren there which were six and four at the time, the dentist way of cleaning their teeth was using a toothbrush spent about 5 minutes per child and took x-rays when questioned about my grandson's teeth that were all jumbled in the front and weren't coming in properly where the eye teeth are growing in behind the front teeth when that was questioned I was told "you just have to let your teeth grow in crooked and take care of it later" regardless of the discomfort of the child since then they found a new dentist and my grandson has had the orthodontic work starting 2 months ago already, they are worthless..!

I was not to thrill with my services I went in for a cleaning and they did a half fast job because it did not feel like my teeth were cleaned. I think they need to really care about the people and not rush just because there are a lot of people or either do not take walk ins anymore.

I wish I could give this place a 0. I have been there 4 times. Every time I go I make an appointment. When I arrive there are at least 8 other people with the same appointment time. I wait at least 45 minutes until it is my turn. Often people that came in after me get to go in before me. I understand they want to be open and take walk ins, but they need to prioritize and take appointments first. The dentists and dental hygienists are great, but I can't spend ALL DAY waiting to see them. I was hoping to go there as my kids liked the environment, but after waiting an hour today it is time to look for another dentist.
