I placed a simple order for a soap dispenser and waited a month only to be very dissappointed by the lack of communication. I made several calls to Gary and was told on every occassion that it would be in either next week and shipped out on Thurs. or Fri. or he would check to see the status...this was after he told me that they shipped it out the first time and would be received by again Thurs. or Fri. Needless to say I called again and spoke to Gary refreshed his memory yet again and could hear the loss of explaination again. I asked that either you have it or do I need to go to another vendor....his response....yeah, ya know what Bill, you better go to another vendor. He wasn't rude about it but the lack of truth and not calling when he said he would shows the lack of integrity of the company.

These guys really know their stuff! Especially about floor care - they saved our company thousands by restoring a horrible looking floor instead of us having to replace it. AHighly recommended!!!!
