It is very good store for clothes. I would like to share you a very good women store & it is based only women clothes at fabrawn.

i bought a matress less than 2 yrs ago and it has a big lump in it and a spring is coming thru. they sent a gentleman to take pics and measure-got a call from the store and was told because there is a little stain-the warranty is voided-just another way to screw the customer!! Told the lady that either come and fix it or will tear my card up and not shop there.her response-we'll give you 20% off your next purchase!!!WHAT KIND OF DRUGS IS SHE ON. Why would i buy something else big from Boscov's?? Never will again-I have bought furniture/clothing etc for years. DONE DONE DONE- Don't go to Boscov's and think they back their merchandise because guess what--THEY DON'T

I absolutely love this store, except for one thing. I can't tell you how many times I have driven to the store to purchase one of their door buster articles, and when I get there, they are out, and as usual I end up spending a lot of money on other things. I have had a charge account for over twenty years, and rarely shop at any other store, but it is getting very frustrating, trying to get something at a great price, and then to fight the traffic, (not even mentioning the gas), and then be told that they are out. I called and participated in the "customer satisfaction survey", and after speaking with a very nice man, I expressed my concerns. I did tell him that even if they gave out rain checks, it would make my visits to Boscov's more profitable for me, and for them. I said, if they gave our rain checks, it would give me an incentive to return even more often, and make my trip more enjoyable. Judith K. Harrington

This is my favorite department store. But the dressing rooms are horrible, they are so dirty. I'm sure they clean them, it's just that they need new carpeting, etc. I just hate to try clothes on in them. I was never in a store whose dressing rooms are that worn out. Also I hope you never have to use the restrooms. They are worse than the dressing rooms. Most of the time the one on the 1st floor is closed. That leaves 1 on the second floor, which is also disgusting. I can't believe they are not cited by the board of health. I shop there at least once a week & the dressing & bathrooms are all the same. I've talked to the employees & they said they complained too & nothing is done. If nothing is done soon, I, and I'm sure a lot of other people will shop elsewhere. The store is located in Lancaster, PA at the Park City shopping center. There are other department stores there so if something isn't done soon I guess I will have to patronize them instead.

If oyu are shopping form their ad, most of the items are in stock. This store is better laid out than the store in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Plus this one is easy to get to.

I LOVE THIS STORE. EVER SINCE POMERORYS AND PORTS OF THE WORLD(SAME OWNER). I HAVE TO SAY THAT A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF TARA AT THE COURTESEY DESK IS GREAT. SHE IS VERY NICE TO EACH CUSTOMER. JOB WELL DONE TARA. I WISH OTHERS WILL FOLLOW WHAT YOU DO!

I would never purchase any furniture from this store! The furniture manager is very rude & after you make a purchase & walk out the door they don't know who you are 5 minutes later. Very unprofessional. They need some restructuring in that department.

Had a problem with a piece of furniture and when I called I was transferred from one rude operator to another and then finally transferred to the appropriate department and the problem was still not resolved.

I thought working with these "folks" was a wonderful experience, and this included several times of "service." This is a huge compliment for them and actually I might almost put my review into the category of the best decision I ever made!My husband and I purchased a piece of furniture which ended up defective. One phone call to Tony at the Westminster Maryland department and he agreed to replace it even though we didn't have the sales slip anymore....I thought this was incredible!!!Next someone named "Susan" helped my husband pick furniture in the garden section and she was a fantastic help! The information she imparted was excellent.I couldn't recommend this store enough. Since these experiences and the excellent customer service I received, I've been shopping there a lot! Actually I totally recommend all staff there! (I'm wondering if they put something nice in the water??? just kidding).

My travel experience is TERRIBLE & I will NOT be making any OTHER Boscov's trips!! Situation, made reservation on Monday, 15 May 2006 (1-WEEK ago) for the Belmont Stakes which is NOT until Saturday, 10 June 2006 (20-days from now). Due to Barbaro's injury, not interested in Belmont. Called this morning @11:30am & followed-up at 6pm only to be told "TOUGH", NO refund of any kind. That's OK; NEVER will i travel with Boscov's again; leaves a lot-to-be-desired for "good customer relations" (#205-405-062); Lorena F. Lemons

Value, service, price, free gift wrapping, an all around great family department store. I have bought everything from clothes, jewelry, housewares, cameras, to coffee pots and strollers from Boscov's.

Their restaurant has terrible food at high prices. On top of that the servers are forgetful and unkempt.
