Reading Asphalt was founded in 1952 by Philip Cail, a Reading police officer. His strong belief in the old-fashioned principles of honesty and integrity became the cornerstone for our business. In 1974, Anthony Cail took over and expanded the business to include commercial paving and pavement maintenance.
