The store is always clean and well stocked and it's organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for. The bakery has nice treats that I buy for neighbors and myself. The employees are happy to help and they work hard. There are plenty of cashiers so you can get in and done fast. I always shop at Market Basket because the prices are better than in other stores.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becausePlace is a nightmare!!! Another town close by NEEDS to open up a Market Basket... Everyone from all over comes to Reading Market Basket to shop. Everyone shopping there is miserable because of the crowds. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day, it is a nut house! The wait at the deli counter is absolutely ridiculous! You can barely navigate around the store... PLEASE, Stoneham or Wakefield open a Market Basket somewhere!!!

great store and prices! but odd they would put it beside a super stop & shop..I prefer Market Basket...
