It nice to know that you can still trust company out there not to rip you off and still perform what they promised.

Have actually been here twice to get the "Alden" fixed.Both times the service was great. They replaced the soles and did a great job matching the color of the new laces. The soles was repaired both times.The shop itself has a really nice look and feel to it as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Hmm. Not sure what the fuss was about this not being "instant". I dropped a pair of men's dress shoes off in the morning and was able to pick them up early the next day. The quality was excellent and I thought that the turnaround time was quite good. The previous repair job I had done was at a different "instant" shop in Boston, which ended up taking a week ... All in all, I'd rather wait an extra day and have the job done *right*.

I was there on 2/19/11, I asked for a pair of heals to be repaired. The woman behind the desk told me it would be 2 business days before they would be completed. Isn't it called "Instant Shoe Repair"??

The level of attention they pay to the customer and the quality of their work is outstanding. Every time I come to the store to check my shoes I receive excellent service and always a good advice.

Not good at all...My shoes ate now 1/2 size smaller...If you have quality shoes send them to a professional. This guy would not even fix the mistakes he made. Don't waste your time here...

All and all it was a pleasant experience dealing with an expert craftsman who accepted responsibility for his work. His prices were more than reasonable and I will return without hesitation.
