Stopping at Star Nails & Spa for a manicure or pedi it's awesome! Surrounded by very friendly and respectful workers. I have gone to Star Nails & Spa for over 3 years now and just love it. They always do a great job in everything: manicure, pedi, waxing I have had it all. Its nice and clean and well organized. However, what truly made this business unforgettable is the staff....ie...always smiling, helpful and constantly trying to cater to all the clients ' individual needs" to ensure a totally enjoyable visit! Worst nail salon and service I have ever been to. I got a gel manicure that cost $30 and it all chipped off in 3 days. The people who work there are very rude and don't talk to you the entire time you are there. I will never ever go back !

Star nails & Spa is really nice and clean but they talk to much in their language to each other and its very uncomfortable for there client sitting in there chair and other clients around. Be professional and respect your clients. A class on customer service would be helpful for the owners to attend and teach their employees.

The salon is very nice and clean. A french Polish change is 12 bucks & a Polish change On the toes is 15 I don't get why they have to charge more if anything they should charge less because toenails are smaller and takes less tome and product to do. I take that insulting if they don't want to work on feet they shouldn't offer the service.

I just started working in the area and have been trying all the nail salons around on Route 44. This is by far the BEST. It looks like all new equipment/newly renovated and are sanitary. They did an excellent job and a shellac manicure was only $25, surrounding salons are $35 and up. Not the friendliest but I definately found my spot.

I like the salon except for one nasty asian woman who is a control freak. I will try going back but never want her to touch me again. She was rude to My daughter and didnt like it because she sat in an empty seat near me while I had a pedi done. Next time she did my nails I told her I was in a hurry so she purposely put the uv lights on my shallac polish longer than needed. Ive been having them done long enough to know how long they need the lights. When I said something she went off on me and told me they would peel. Of course they did not.

After being a client at another nearby salon for 3 yrs, i got increasingly grossed out by the lack of cleanliness, so i went searching for a new place.This was what i was looking for! I watched thier cleaning habits and was very impressed,it is spotless and they clean correctly between clients (which is supposed to be the case anyway) as for thier work i was equally impressed,iam a very happy customer and now after 3 visits i know they are MY place.
