I just upgraded a couple of phones from my family plan with Verizon wireless. I happened to be in Nashua, NH, visiting, and I went to the Pheasant Lane Mall. I was very happy with the whole experience. The customer service person, Christolpher Callahan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I left feeling that everything was explained to me, and I got what I wanted to do. IN two words" excellent service"
Just upgraded my phone at Drum Hill Rd in Chelmsford,ma. Juan V - was excellent - very knowledgeable - very courteous and extremely helpful. He is a credit to Verizon Wireless E.M. Wells
I went into the Leominster Mass Store 04 Whitney Field Mall and John Lynch was my customer service rep. He was very knowledgeable in what I asked and very helpful in helping me with my purchase of the iphone 5 c. As well as him changing my younger daughters phone to a smartphone!! When I am ready for more service I will most definatelty go and see him!! Store was clean and neat and other staff were friendly and courteous!!

We went to the Verizon store in the Pheasant Lane Mall, Nashua, NH. The two salesmen that helped us were absolutely magnificent. Anthony WIlliams and Peter were very helpful and spent about two hours with my husband and I. We were absolutely clueless when it came to smart phones. Peter set us up with the easiest one for us to use and went through the phone and showed us how to use it. The next day, Peter called us to see how we were doing with the phones. We have never dealt with such nice, efficient and helpful young men as these two were. We love our phones.

Our search for my new iPhone started at the Verizon wireless that we always go to. We went and waited 30 mins and Finally got service from a man who instantly shot our request down. Our situation was special because I needed a new phone because mine was broken but it was 5 days early. So we heard there was a new Verizon store in the mall. Instantly when we walked in we had a man greating us with a warm handshake (this has never happened to us before at a Verizon store) he instantly cracks a joke and continues to ask me what I came in for. I respond saying "hi I have an upgrade coming in 5 days and I was wondering.." He immediately no questions asked said "Yes You can upgrade within a week, what kind of phone are you looking for?" I said an iPhone 5 and the conversation went on. This man was probably one of the most polite, respectful, and helpful salesman I have ever met, with a great input of what accessories to get with your brand new phone. I was most pleased with the efficient customer service which I received at the Raymond Wireless store. I knew going in what I needed to do and the service representative was most accommodating and quickly took care of my business.
Bought a Galaxy SIII on Saturday Feb 3rd. Great service, lots of help from the people working. Epping store made me wait 45 mins. only to tell me they were all out of what I wanted. Ryan Reed waited on me and was lots of help along with the store manager. Will deffinatly return in June when my wife is due to renue her phone. Ed Trafton

Very good service by Meko at the kiosk at the Pheasant Lane Mall. Explained the benefits of each phone and LISTENED to our concerns. Went over all the features, didn't just sell us the phone. The best part was that there was no pressure from any of the staff. We settled on a new smart phone at a great price. Recommend this location and staff.
We were very pleased with the customer service at the Raymond store. The gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely in switching 3 phones and moving address books, photos, and messages for us. The didn't try to over sell either.

I had a great experience with two sales reps at the Pheasant Lane Mall reps, Tommy & Meko. After a disappointing experience with AT&T whom I have been with for years. Tommy & Meko listened and set me up with everything I needed.

Having left the store after 2hrs, completey rushed and not feeling great about the recommended phone. I hesitantly returned 2 days later and worked with Gary, although 3 hrs later, due to snafu's first made through first transaction. I left with the droid incredible. Absolutely love the phone. If only the time was spent right the first time this experiende would of been much better. I will go back only to work with Gary or Corey,, thanks guys!

I recently bought a lg 4lte smartphone from Eric C. I was a bit intimidated and really didn't want to spend that much, but after using the phone for a few weeks, I absolutely love it. Eric was helpful and courteous and tweaked my account to make it more cost feasable for me. When I returned about a week later, Adam helped me to link my email accounts to the phone so I could access them. Thank you both!
