When we were looking for placement for our mother who had alzheimer's, we needed something affordable. Mom had no long term care insurance or much income. The folks at the Echols home worked with our family in placing mother there. She was very happy with the home like atmosphere and received the best care. The meals were amazing and mom lived out her last years there with this caring family. The staff members were excellent and mom never wanted for a thing. This is something from a bygone era, a small business, family owned, by caring folks. Not only was her care affordable, but high quality. They even have their own vegetable garden!!
