      Stratton Land Services Inc. is a land surveying and engineering firm located in Rathdrum, Idaho. The office was originally created as a branch office of Stratton Surveying & Mapping (a Tri-Cities, Washington based company) in 2002. In September of 2008, Stratton Land Services, Inc. was split off as a separate entity. Rob Stratton is the principal in charge of surveys and designs. Bob Stratton, Rob's father, is still a part owner in the company and often works on the projects. Combined they have more than 40 years of experience in surveying. Bob and Rob are licensed surveyors in the states of Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. Rob Stratton is also a licensed engineer in Washington, and is currently pursuing his Idaho and Oregon Engineering License. With over 20 years of experience, Rob Stratton is licensed in four states as a professional land surveyor: Idaho (10677), Washington (32446), Oregon (59904LS) and California (L7416) Rob obtained his first PLS license in Washington in 1995. He grew up working with his father, Bob Stratton, and has been around surveying all of his life. He is actively pursuing a Professional Engineers License in civil engineering.
