Very friendly and courteous company! I called today to inquire about rates and was greeted on the phone by Mary Beth. . . thank you so much for your polite and friendly interaction. I had several questions and she explained the various options for pick up services in my area. I even called back and spoke with another woman who was equally as courteous. After over six years with this horrible & over priced garbage company coming thru our neighborhood repeatedly breaking the noise ordinances in our town we finally switched and then got a nasty call from someone at Blue Star who started the conversation with "Let me tell you something about our service..." This company comes thru our neighborhood twice a week for the last 7 years between the hours of 2:30am - 5am! Are you kidding me! You can never have your windows open with the amount of noise and light pollution they create every week, twice a week. They have absolutely no online prescence or services and they representives are disrespectful & nasty! Never ever again!

What service...I forgot to put my trash out last night and th driver saw my trash can by my garage and walk up my driveway and emptied my trash can...Thank you Blue Star for the excellent sevice....

I have not come across a more courteous, professional and excellent service for my residential trash removal. Any time I call the office I am greeted with the most pleasant voices always willing to assist me in my needs. No question is left unanswered. Their willingness to genuinely help makes me never want to seek another hauler.
