Western SD Community Action is a private, nonprofit antipoverty corporation that provides health, employment and nutritional assistance programs for low-income individuals and families. The organization serves Bennett, Butte, Corson, Custer, Dewey, Fall River, Haakon, Harding, Jackson, Lawrence, Meade, Pennington, Perkins, and Ziebach counties in South Dakota.
