Founded in 1925, Hills Materials Company is an integrated construction materials business with aggregates, asphalt production and lay-down, concrete ready-mix, site development and underground utilities operations. It operates a machine shop equipment repair facility, several limestone quarries, sand and gravel pits, and asphalt, ready-mix and emulsion plants. Hills Materials Company is also a premier contractor for all phases of heavy highway and utility construction in the Black Hills area. It provides site development, underground utilities, streets, highways, parking lots and drainage control development services.
