Went to purchase some pork chops from the butcher shop in Weis on May 11 at 6pm. There was no one there to help us. We waited 15 minutes and left to get other groceries, came back and waited. Still no one. So we went to get some more groceries, and went up front and saw the customer service woman, short hair, somewhat dark and greying joking and laughing with FOUR other employees. When she was finished my fianc went and asked her if anyone was working in the meat department. She was VERY RUDE and uncouth, she paged someone to the meat department and my fianc and I went back AGAIN only to wait another 10 minutes before an employee showed up. He claimed he couldn't find anyone in the back and went on a wild goose chase trying to find this person. The employees have no idea where to find anything you ask them for in the store and are extremely ill mannered and impolite. We also asked to speak to a manager, NO ONE got the manager for us. So we're both extremely angered to say the LEAST. This place sucks and is going down the damn drain. If I could rate this place with negative stars, trust me, I would've.

the Pharmacist Kevin is a miracle worker. My family and I have numerous RX's, and there has been no insurance, reaction, or other issue that he has not had the answer for. He even special orders a medication and keeps it in stock for you. I also love the meat department. They constantly have specials/sales and the quality of the meat is fantastic! It's the only place I'll buy cube steak because it is always tender and tasty.
All I can say is the prices are high, and they do not watch for food that has spoiled. I live right across the street from this store and have shopped there since it opened, but enough is enough and have stopped shopping there all together. This is a shame, because they are convenient. What triggered my vow to never shop there again you might ask? ROTTEN FOOD! I have had several experiences where I purchased food only to find it was spoiled when I got home. The first time I took the food back to the store, the 2nd, 3rd & 4th time, I did not take it back. Instead I have decided they just do not keep up on what is going on inside this store. The first time it was a "wonder chicken" that was rotten. Apparently the meat department lost refrigeration and some of the meat spoiled...then spoiled milk, then a package of rotten cherry tomatoes. Enough! Besides they also lowered their merchant card contributions, so I don't even have that as an incentive anymore. Martins here I come!
