They were only personable to those who were their regulars. The technician who did my gel manicure rushed an left the store before I was finished. I was left with horrible sticky nails. The worst part is they weren't even that busy that they could provide more personalized assistance!!!!

Someone actually recommended this too me, and I love love love them! Its so nice, you have a messaging chair & a movie playing while your getting your nails/pedi done! I SO RECOMMENDED GOING...

This place is nasty. And they dont clean pedicure at all, all they do is just rinse. And have the nerve to go up here and add to the comment that" we. dont want your business." then close the shop down so you dont hurt other peoples by your carelessness. Such a nasty attitute.

This a worse place to be in. I would recommem you ladies go some whereelses. "perfectnails in charlestown and ask for francine."she is the best over the best. Very nice and a very concern person. Oor eva nail in frederick. But to go to places like natalie...diva... Fashion...or even vovo nails. And have to pay up what you ladies had paid and have the poor service along with the nasty talk on here. Is uncall for. They dont want us to come to the place then dont come any more. Try whereelses. You laddies deserve much more....ok

The technicians at Natalie's nails are super friendly. My pedicures and manicures last for multiple weeks without chipping and their facility is clean and sanitary. I won't go any place else!

If you go to Natalie's be sure to get your price in writing before they do anything. Be ready to have your nails chipping in less than a week. I would not recommend them.

The owner is super sweet! I brought a friend and had a great time! I will be going back! The paint did not chip for 3 weeks and I wash my hands about 50 or more times a day!!

This is the only place I'll go to for a pedicure. The people there are so nice and friendly. They always offer me a drink when I go in and the chairs are clean and comfy! Natalie's Nails are hard to beat!

Very clean, but yes some of the nail techs aren't as skilled as the others. I feel like the skimp on the pedicures-no massage whatsoever and really don't know how to file nails properly. I hate going in a requesting the owner, but since Henry left, I feel I have to.

The employees here may be friendly at times but not all the employees are skilled. Natalies Nail Spa was caught and fined by the state board inspector 2 times for having employees that werent licensed!

This is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever seen. All the employees are skilled and friendly. Great pedicures and manicures. Tough to beat this place!

I wouldn't go back to this salon either! You are right they don't clean their pedicure chairs properly at ALL. I have sat in one of those chairs and heard one of the nail techs ask the other. Did you clean this one yet? If you have to ask then it must still look dirty. Which means someone didnt do a good job of cleaning it in the first place. Also when they may assume it was clean then they may have overlooked cleanining the bowl and allowed their next customer to sit in a dirty bowl. It can take only ONE time to sit in a dirty pedicure chair to get a fungus! They do a great job at keeping the salon clean and making it appear to be clean atleast. But the nail tools and bowls are the proirity! KEEP them clean please! For the person that commented about why would you blame someone else about your dirty feet and we don't want your business..... You obviously work there. Who else says we don't want your business? Oh yea thats right it is someone taking up for themselves and trying to mask the fact that they neglected to clean and allowed the next person to sit in the previous persons dirty foot water! How disgusting?!?

I've never had an issue with them they have always been clean and sanitzed. Maybe you just had the fungus before you went there. Wow how can you live with yourself blaming innocent people for your dirty feet.

THey do clean their pedicure tubs correctly....If they didnt they would be shut down. Maybe you should clean your feet better...Dont go there anymore, we dont care. We dont want your business anyway

This place gave me a nail fungus! I will never go back, because they do not clean their pedicure tubs properly. I have been getting manicures and pedicures for over 15 years and have never had a problem. I went to Natalie's Nails for one pedicure and ended up with a 6 month fungus! Stay away from this place!!!!!
