Unette Corporation has been producing tubes since 1955. Frank Brown founded the company and developed the first tear-top plastic tubes, which is also known as unit-of-use tubes, squeeze tubes, or portion-pack tubes. Unette Corporation also has bottle filling, labeling and safety-sealing capabilities. It is an ancillary services source, offering printing, carding, bagging, boxing and distribution of assembled items such as handouts, displays and dispensers. In 2004, the company expanded its Wharton headquarters from 60,000 to 90,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. Unette Corporation also has an additional 30,000 square feet of storage space in Wharton.
