I have completed my federal return using this program. It went smooth..I had just typed in my personal info & wages & my return was prepared..Amazing

I wish I had read the reviews! WORST COMPANY EVER. Pulled from IRS as a company that will efile federal tax for free. Horrible software. Federal tax rejected because a completed form was not attached. "Tech" said it was fixed and I e-filed again. Rejected for same reason. Round and round for 4 weeks. Their solution . . . make a papercopy and mail it in. How many returns were rejected from this company? When I asked for supervisor the "tech" was the supervisor. The manager was not available. This company should not be in business.

i tried to file my fed and state tax with this company and it was a total failure. not only did their software not work but they have zero tech support, they do respond to emails, have no phone numberand lie to you. after a week of emails i finally got a respose, my payment was surpose to be refunded in two weeks its been 6 and still do not have a dime of it. i have contacted the irs.gov site to see if this rip-off site can be removed from there listing of efile companys so noone else has to go thru what i did. i want to tell every one not to use this service . they will rip you off too.

I am a tax preparer, and telling everyone to go somewhere else. My 2 day refund is now 5 days late and after 6 E-Mail's I have heard nothing. Not even a phone number to talk to a real person. I hope they get this. Lost business and reputation are now yours.
