I hired Appraisal One for a Tax Appeal of Byram Township in 2008.
At First, I found Mr. Bytz to be Professional but after he was compensated
in advance he turned out to be a Fee Taker.
Since this is a One Person operation, It became apparent that He had other commitments
on the day of my hearing, so he spent the 2 days prior to hearing convincing me with what turned out
to be lies to withdrawl my case or have my appraisal raised.
Be careful of small timers like this, If He has a bigger Fish on that day,you will be his next victim.
It seems that Mr.Bytz has never seen a Fee he did'nt like and will find a way to take.

Be careful using this Business, Payment expected upfront, One man operation who will never turn down a fee.
