I just ordered and received several chuggington trains for my 3 year old son's birthday. Even though their prices seem better than other sites, they are comparable when you factor in the fact that you pay shipping and handling with them vs. Free shipping with other sites. The problem is that when I received my order there was one train that was not in it's original packaging and was just placed inside the box. When I contacted Norms Trains I told them that when I ordered a new item that my expectation is that it comes new and in it's original packaging. I suggested a resolution of either some sort of discount to be provided or a new one be sent to me and I can return the one they had sent me. Their reply was that it wad their last one and that it had been sent to them as a promotional item ( don't know if that means they got it for free then sold it to me), and that their prices were good. I don't know about you, but I think that is really bad customer service. When I order something new, I expect it to be new and in it's original box. I will never order from them again. Don't waste your time, money and energy dealing with this company- just order from someplace else like trains galore and get free shipping, your items in a box and new and receive better customer service!
