I have been to many nursing homes in my life and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best!!!! The staff was friendly and I had no trouble getting the answers I needed. If I needed to Recommend a Nursing home to someone Rancho Mesa Care Center would be it!!!!!

Lack of care and concern for the patient. Lack of communication with the family. Very little attention paid to the patient even when health concerns were brought to their attention. Argued with me that my Mom was fine when in fact she had pneumonia(severe) and had to be hospitalized for almost a week.
