We have come to be repeat customers of Mark's Air Conditioning Service due to his professionalism and quality of work. Mark is timely, calls with updates on ETA's, completes the work and leaves the area clean. Contracted services have included removal and replacing air vents, installing thermostats, replacing condensers, annual service calls and complete dual system hook-ups. Pricing is reasonable and fair. We have received calls from tenants - advising they found Mark to be courteous and professional.

Mark was at my house for about 15 minutes to repair my air conditioning unit (all the work was done by a boy of about 11 years old, probably his grandson) and charged me $229.00 which was acceptable to me, until I turned the air conditioning on and discovered that it was still broken. I called Mark to arrange a time when he could come back and he informed me that any work would be at an additional charge and that he would not refund my $229.00. As soon as I told him I would sue him if he didn't refund my money, he said he would be sending me a refund. We'll see if it ever actually shows up. I'm also a small businessman and I can tell you that if I did that to my customers, I wouldn't have any customers. He sure did have a nice shiny work truck though.

I bought a house in Corona and the AC was not working, the unit looks pretty beat up and thought I was to buy a new one. I searched on the web and read a review complimenting the honesty level from Mark's AC Services, so I called Mark, he came out the very same day, checked out the unit, told me he don't think I need a new AC, would order some parts, and be back when the parts arrived, he could have sold me a new unit but instead got the AC working like a champ at a very very reasonable price, I cannot thank him enough.
