We are not affiliated with any Real Estate Brokerage or Title Insurance Company. Luxury Escrow is 100% neutral and independently owned. ​ As a full-service escrow company, our goal is to provide our customers with the utmost customer care and consumer protection. We are licensed, bonded, and all employees, owners and stock holders have undergone criminal back ground checks. We follow best practices, are audited by random regulator audits by the DFPI, monthly and annual CPA audits, and have daily and monthly third party reconciliations.
