Having arthritis and my wife having feet problems in the past, I felt that I had a little knowledge on feet. My daughter was complaining of pain in her ankles and a little in her feet.I did some research on the internet and called several stores and after speaking with Michelle, I knew found the store. I asked several question about shoe types feet complications and treatments and the answers flowed without hesitation and never once did she say, you will have to come in. We loaded the family for the 2hr trip to the store. I asked for Michelle when we arrived explained the problem with my daughter and watched how professional personal and intelligent she was about feet. She examined all of our feet and explained her examination process and gave her conclusion. She asked us what do you want to do now. She did not just recommend shoes, but wanted to know our life style. I take the 2hr trip because I know that bad feet ruins posture, spine alignment and causes hip,knee and neck pain

I have been going to Foot Solutions for over 4 years. I came in with heel pain and left with less pain and happy. They put me in an arch support and a shoe that rocks. When my heal pain went away, I came back for regular walking shoes. I have never been disappointed. Where else do they measure your feet and spend so much time with you?? The girl helping me was so nice and knowledgeable. - Mary

The quality of service and product is inconsistent. If I had energy and time I would have sued them. I paid very high price for a product that I cannot use. I hope before anyone legally file complaint against them, Foot Solutions at Racho Cucamonga should contact the customer(s) who got useless product and refund the money.
