Today I had an appointment to show the service department some repair issues on the Wolf Pup I purchased 4 months ago. I was expecting to then bring it back for the work to be done at a later date. The gentleman at the service desk walked through and around the trailer with me taking notes. Then Tyler came out to review my concerns and explained several things I was not familiar with. He said they could do work on it immediately and Jeff joined us. Between the two of them, all but one of my issues were cleared up within 45 minutes and the last one requires a replacement part which will be ordered today. All 3 gentlemen were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. I appreciate this kind of SERVICE immensely!

Great service department! The guys in there were most helpful when we picked up our trailer, even delivered a part that was not in stock initially! The service tech spent aobut 3 hrs with us orienting us to our first trailer, very kind and unassuming. HIghly recommend the service Dept!!!

Just a deal. We sat in the RV talked about our families and other things in life and it was a nice conversation.

My husband and I traveled about an hour and a half to look at the 5th wheels at RV Travel World. When we arrived, we were greeted by Steve who asked us what we were looking for and showed us what was a perfect fit. We decided on the 2017 Blue Ridge by Forest River. We went in to figure out our deal and was passed on to Paul. Paul was a pleasure to work with. For our salesman, I give 5 stars.

Class act dealership. The sales staff is professional.. knowledgeable..no pressure.. humorous. They KNOW customer service here. We bought our first RV and it was a simple seamless and fast process. My wife and I had some work needed on our Surveyor Travel trailer. We dealt with Tomas and he went far above and beyond what we asked for. Their customer service was outstanding and we will use them from now on, they treated us better than the place we purchased our trailer.

Bought our first trailer at the RV Show at Cal Expo recently from RV Travel World. The owner walked us through several options. He was most patient as we asked a lot of questions. No pressure, just helpful, allowing us private talk time. Made a selection and the staff in the shop preparing the trailer.

This place seems worth it considering the sales, parts and repairs, should we need them in the future.The one Steve showed us was awesome.

After dealing with purchase, service and warranty repairs with other (large and small) RV Dealers for (3) previous Travel Trailers, comparatively it feels like we've tried them all and RV Travel World is hands down, the best!

I can't say enough about this RV Dealer. Our Sales Consultant Steve Forbes was very low key, professional, knowledgeable and even let us take the 5th wheel for a test drive to ensure our truck had plenty of power. We picked up our vehicle 5 days later and was greeted by the Delivery Manager Robert McGuckin. Robert spent 2 1/2 hours with my husband going over all the features and making sure we were comfortable working everything. Robert then installed covers over our fans, hooked up the trailer and guaranteed us we would have no problems. Our first trip out was a great success. Robert was true to his word and we have had NO issues.
