Paul did a very professional job of inspecting my heating unit and explaining what he was doing..

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, showed me how to maintain unit and gave me good tips of how to best use the miniSplit Heat Pump. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the company. Every time they have come out it has been a positive experience. They are local and very service oriented.

The technician, Paul, was absolutely superb! We called for a maintenance issue with our heater and Paul thoroughly inspected and corrected the problems with our heating system. He was conscientious, professional, considerate, clean and informative. He provided information to help with our utility bills and inspected all aspects dealing with the heating/air conditioning system. He is an excellent employee and representative for this company. I highly recommend this company and would specifically request Paul for service and maintenance calls.

Justin did a tremendous job on our Angies List service. He was friendly and knowledgable and took the time to fully explain the service he was performing. I was very pleased with JR Putnam, the air con went down the service tech could not repair it and the install team was out on a Saturday 48 hours after signing up. The install team Dam and Efrin was very polite and courtous to me and my family, they were on time and worked hard to get the job done right and efficiently. The sales associate Justin was professional and did not pressure us into something that we couldn't afford or an overlarged system, we had dealt with two service techs Justin and Mark at different times and they both pleasant to deal with and worked to get the old system working up to par. I will reccommed this company to anybody who's looking to be treated right especaily when you are in your house. Good job guys you knocked this one outta the park

AC went out on a 100 + day. Friendly service on the same day while other companies were telling us a five day wait. May have been our lucky day.

Mark B. was timely, very polite and friendly, even with our new puppy. He went out of the way to find the needed part, went to pick it up from another technician's truck, returned and installed it. All this on a Saturday night. We are grateful because of my husband's medical condition, we really need air conditioning and the temperature is forecasted to be over 100 for several more days. Finally a company that lives up to it's slogan. "Fixed Fast, Fixed Right" is the perfect description for this company and technician Mark B. He was at my house within a couple hours from scheduling my appointment. They would have sent someone sooner but I was still at work when I called. He arrived on time and was polite, friendly and walked me thru each step as he diagnosed and then quickly repaired my 30 year old system. It is running better that ever before.

The service technician Mark was courteous and highly professional. He wore his shoe protectors when entering the house to keep from tracking any dirt into the house. Mark was patient and thorough when answering my questions and he didn't seem to mind that I was looking over his shoulder during the entire insection process. Mark's service recommendations were honest and warranted considering the age of our heating and A/C system. I will definitely be using their service again.

Wow, as far as repair visits go, this one was pretty great. My technician, Mark, couldn't have been more cordial and friendly and professional. He figured out the problem without seconds and had cool air flowing through the house again in no time. Most impressively, as we were settling up the bill, he noticed I had a Traeger grill, which I love but hasn't been working as of late. He offered suggestions on what might be the problem and even started poking around a bit for a moment. Very impressed with the service. Will definitely call JR Putman again.

A few years ago we had a new HVAC unit installed by Putnam and each year, we have a service technician come out to service it. This year we had Shaun and we were so pleased with the service he gave us. He was right on time, very thorough, and patiently answered all the questions we had about the unit's maintenance. He was very knowledgable about the system we had purchased and we would welcome him back any time as our service representative. Also appreciated that he put booties over his feet while working in the house to protect the carpet.

Mark was very friendly and courteous. He thoroughtly reviewed his findings with me and made recommendations for future service. He was not just a good service technician but also a very nice person.
