We have a special focus on residual stress engineering solutions that include unique residual stress measurement capabilities and damage tolerant design approaches. We have further developed a track record in the use of compressive residual stress treatments to solve aging and sustainment challenges. Our skills are useful in industries such as aircraft, power generation, ground vehicles, turbo-machinery, and petrochemicals. We founded the business on contracts with US Navy and Air Force aviation programs and have progressed through three stages of R&D awards, with residual stress applications for their premier fighter aircraft. We have diversified our work across organizations large and small - who turn to Hill Engineering for cutting edge and affordable engineering solutions.
