The Mindful cafe offers Organic, local food. Homemade paninis, salads, smoothies, baked goods (gluten free options) & other healthy choices. We also offer fitness and other personal development workshops in our private large party room. Since February 2019, we have been building an Organic tasteful menu that kids & adults both enjoy. The Mindful cafe was inspired by a desire to bring organic and delicious food to the neighborhood.
