Greenway Companies Inc is a family owned and operated construction and development business headquartered in Ramsey, New Jersey. In our tradition rich 60+ years, Greenway builds neighborhoods throughout Bergen County. Many streets named Greenway were started with a Greenway home or homes. Literally, Greenway has developed many of the classic neighborhoods throughout the county. There are three specialized yet synergistic operating divisions, which function within the following areas of construction and property development: Greenway Homes, Inc provides new home construction, residential renovation and remodeling services. Greenway Corporation handles commercial construction, renovation and remodeling for commercial and industrial buildings. Greenway Development Company, Inc is our property development division; it provides turn-key development for both residential and commercial properties. Included in this division are sub-division developments. Having built over 4, 000 homes and over 50, 000 square feet of office space throughout Bergen, Passaic and Orange Counties, Greenway has established a reputation for quality in design and construction with a commitment to maximizing innovation for overall value and lasting enjoyment for our clients.
