WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We have dealt with Top Coat a few times in the past and always seemed to get a fair price. Lately we have noticed their business ethics and customer service starting to slide. We dropped off balusters to get coated and one was a different size from the rest so we asked if we could switch it out and bring it back later to get coated. They had no problem doing this but failed to tell us that one baluster would cost $100 to coat. Instead of informing us or coating them all at the same time, they charged us $100 for 15 balusters and then $100 for just one. I asked repeatedly why I wasn't told before it was done or at ANY TIME during the MULTIPLE conversations that we had and they said I should have asked. I could have taken the baluster some where else or ordered another one from the distributor. They have bad business and horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
