The Movement Lab is a private, personal training studio located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The certified personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches offer their clients a safe, effective and easy way to train in a friendly environment. All sessions are 1-on-1 at the private gym located on Floor 1 of the Mission Valley Shopping Center on Avent Ferry Rd. Individualized training ensures that all Raleigh clients maximize their potential and reach their fitness goals.
