First of all I would NEVER leave my credit card somewhere and if I did, when I returned I wouldn't expect the blame to be placed on anyone but myself, nor would I expect free things because I had to drive out of my way... because I was a bone head. ANYWAY this Starbucks happens to be my absolute favorite one in the Raleigh area. They have a private conference room that can be used for just about anything and it's FREE!! I have my Mommy meet-ups there a few times a month and the staff is always friendly. I had an incident once with another customer not really understanding why he couldn't use the room for a business meeting because we already had it reserved, and apparently he thought his reason for the room was more important than ours. The staff spoke to this man and resolved the issue of his bullying, and also apologized to me and offered me a drink. They said we are welcome anytime, and they didn't take kindly to his behavior. The problem isn't with the staff... it's the customers.

The barista forgot to give my credit card back when I realized that I never received my card. I drove 20 minutes back and they wouldn't even give me a free coffee. The shift leader said it was my fault for forgetting my card...so much for customer service.
