i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI called Shumate on night at 8 pm thinking i would have my name placed on an answering service and someone will call me back the next day. I was wrong I actually called and talked with a service manager that was on call, yes folks a real person that actually works and managed the business. Just talking with the manager I knew my family would be in good hands. We only have one system in our home and they offered to come out that night. Because it was late I wanted to get it looked at the next day, Leslie called me in the morning (7am) and she had a technician at my house before lunch, it was going to be 90 degrees again so I was happy to hear that! Richard was the service technician that came out and he found the problem right away with my control board fan relay that was keeping my indoor fan from coming on. Richard bypassed the fan relay on the control board and checked the system out to make sure that wasn't the only issue. He went

They charged my wife while I was out of town $193.00 for a part I could have bought locally for $13.00. In total she was charged $302.00 to replace a $13.00 part. I will give them an A+ on speed they were out quick so they could rip her off and run. Buyer beware of this company

My AC was blowing warm air (due to an error another repair company made on the capacitor) Marty sent Jason out to investigate. Jason quickly recognized that the first repair person installed a 40 + 5 capacitor, where the original capacitor was a 70 + 5. He replaced the capacitor and the air immemdiately started cooling. Shumate was very prompt and efficient, and very accurate in their diagnosis and repair services. I would highly recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again.
