Provided by YP.comGreat sales rep... but then, much like the other reviewer here... the furniture we paid for didn’t arrive! It was to arrive by 4Pm... two of us + two contractors were home all day. NO ONE came to the door and then the driver # we were given... he didn’t answer! They said they can’t issue a refund bc they can’t locate the sofa. What!?

Provided by YP.comIt has been over a month since I purchaced my furniture, I received a few short messages from your local office asked for more details. The store has all the relevant documents as they sold us the goods and should keep records.
We do not want to be contacted by the store as they clearly are not following up on this matter, instead we would like to hear back from Rooms To Go.

Provided by DexKnowsWe bought a child's bedroom set and living room set from Rooms to Go about 6/7 years ago; the experience and furniture was ok (not the greatest). Recently we decided to renew our bedroom set (grand total $3700.00). I don't know if they have new management since 6/7 yrs ago, but they have gotten much worse with time. It's been over 2 months and we still do not have our complete bedroom set to enjoy! First on 4/25/14, the salesman sold us the set and once papers were signed he tells us that the headboard was not available for delivery and it would take over a month to get it. So our delivery date was 6/14/14 which is when the disaster continued. First, the mattress was not the mattress we laid on/chose to purchase. One of the nightstands delivered was damaged with a big chip in it. The delivery men did not have the wooden brackets/bolts to install the dresser mirror. The Manager (Vincent) talked our heads off for 30 minutes about how the mattress we have is a better mattress (mind you both cost the same); he told us to try out the mattress for 30 days and if we still didn't like it he would exchange it. They came back on 6/27/14 with the wrong nightstand and no bolts for the mirror! CS only offered $50 for the inconvenience and said we could not get a refund!! They are coming back on 7/3/14 with the rest of our stuff! I will never purchase from them again... Besides Ashley's gets the same furniture from the same supplier as Rooms to Go and they sale it for cheaper!!
We had frequented the store with several purchases over the past year and recently had another deliver of a bedroom set when we purchased our first home. We scheduled the delivery a month in advance but when the delivery occured the bed would not assemble properly. Five days later another delivery occured only to find out that it was the wrong size! Frustrated again.... We scheduled yet another delivery on the 3rd of the month to only be told it would not be arriving until the 12th of the month instead. What the...! After many phone calls to customer service and the store manager we can only hope that they come to pick up this cursed furniture with the regret of this decision! Rooms to go has made no attempt to apologize with the exception of the manager when I drove there after work one night to get a straight answer. No other attempts to make this situation a more speedy one have been offered at all nor do we have the right items, STILL. BEWARE!
