The Rex Wellness Center of Raleigh is one of numerous centers operated by Rex Healthcare. It offers health club services, such as fitness equipment, rehabilitation programs and health education services. Opened in 1986, the Rex Wellness Center of Raleigh is the oldest of the Rex Wellness Centers in North Carolina. The campus features an indoor track and is located along Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh, N.C. Headquartered in Garner, N.C., Rex Healthcare is a private, nonprofit health care system that has provided care to Wake County and the surrounding area since 1894. The Rex hospital campus is the heart of its network of services. It includes a 394-bed acute care hospital, family birth center, cancer center, convalescent care center, same day surgery center, heart and vascular center and wellness center.
