Dr Sapna deserves less than 1 star. She is VERY nice, but her work is not quality. My reasons: My sons went to her for cleanings, but when a filling was needed she refused to do it due to their age. I had to pay a 2nd dentist for a 2nd full exam and then that dentist did the work. My dental issues: I knew I needed a crown and when she suggested it, I allowed her to do the work. Within 7 months, the porcelain came off and you could see silver at the gum line. At the same time she did the crown, she did a filling. The tooth was very sensitive. When she was done, my tooth continued to hurt. She could not suggest a solution. I got fed up and went back to a dentist I liked but that was not in my dental network. It turned out that Dr. Sapna left decay on the tooth she had filled. The decay was so close to the nerve that she had opted to stop drilling and hid the cavity with a composite filling. I ended up needing a root canal and a crown.

Dr Chandra is the best dentist I have ever been to ... she & her staff are very professional, caring, and you hardly ever know they are even in your mouth! I highly recommend Reflections Dental to everyone in the Triangle.

The best dental experience ever. Dr. Chandra is very gentle, extremely concerned about the patients well being (she repeatedly asks "are you ok?) and the quality of the work was unbelievable. The staff is very friendly. This practice is state of the art. You can watch you favorite TV show on the overhead plasma tv while the dentist works on you. Going to the dentist is not the highlight of anybody's day, but going to this practice was like going to a spa! I really cannot think of anything negative about this place. You can park right in front of the office, and these guys are punctual. HIghly recommend!!!

I've had bad dental experiences most of my life. Never liked going. Went years without a checkup.Then, I met Dr. Chandra. I had the most wonderful dental experience in my life !!! She was thorough, professional, pleasant, caring, kind, efficient, well equipped with the most state of the art equipment I had ever seen, had a staff that was kind, caring and professional too and made me feel like the most important client she had. (After referring her to over 75 people, 100% of those that have tried her feel the same way too!During my initial exam and filling experience, she was patient and thorough, answered all of my questions and even checked with me every minute or so to make sure I was o.k. while in the chair. (A FIRST time dental experience for me!)In addition to the above, her rates were more than fair, she was able to accept an early morning appointment due to my work schedule, had follow up calls afterwards and she even accepts most insurances.
