Founded by Joseph Lassiter in 1987, Pinellas Corporation has built a solid reputation for its extensive real estate knowledge and diverse service offerings throughout the southeastern United States. Successful development projects in North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and other regions. In the Raleigh market, we have led and participated in the purchase or leasing of over $300 million in real estate in the last 15 years alone with tens of millions more supervising tenant improvements and capital projects on our many commercial real estate projects. In most of the projects, we have participated as principals and partners. Our company is structured to ensure that senior management is actively involved in critical transactions and directly involved in the management of the services we provide.
