I previously reviewed this company but somehow the review was deleted. Hmm.Anyway, when I relocated to the triangle area from Asheville, Met-Tech set up my pool table. In doing so, they dropped and cracked one of the rails on my previously pristine antique table. They refused to replace this rail or even to compensate me for the loss. All they did was take the money for the setup - no discount for the damage or anything. Mike, the owner, had promised to do something for me but he eventually stopped taking my calls to check on the status. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Ruined the value of my table and refused to make good on it. Shady outfit that I do not recommend.Thank-you for listening.
