I want everyone to know that the staff at this facility are condescending, rude and completely unethical. They being the front desk Manager and Receptionist are the two rudest individuals that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They are not to be trusted as they will misrepresent what they tell you and then completely lie to cover up how inept they are. Rather than apologize for their misrepresentations and error they will falsely state what they originally informed you. These two specific individuals' are who you have to deal with when handling any form of provider coverage and they are incompetent lying crude and unprofessional individuals. I was told to file a complete by the Manager and "I really don't care what you do" as I reiterate. No concern what so ever of the patients best interest as she is totally bias and prejudice. Her tone and demeanor has been this way from the very beginning and it is neither professional nor true customer service.
